For you, working on a small, dedicated, and growing team tackling challenging tasks is a must.



In this role, you will be helping to build our core product, a responsive web application that uses the best of health-behavior research and digital coaching to help families find, document, and share their healthcare wishes. This will include supporting all stages of software development: front-end and back-end development, maintain quality and responsiveness of applications, maintain code integrity and organization, and understand and implement security and data protections. You may also support additional software development needs as they arise.



  • Experience and understanding of full-stack, web application development

  • Programming experience in Python or a similar programming language

  • Experience with Javascript, with experience in React & Node.js highly desired

  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

  • Experience in the following Cloud technologies: AWS (EC2, S3), Dockers, Firebase

  • Understanding of software design concepts, database schemas, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

  • Willingness to learn HIPAA compliance for software technologies
